Your Stories
In a HEAL meeting this morning with Carly Weeks, a reporter for The Globe and Mail, CDHA learned more about Canada’s COVID-19 response efforts. Here are a few highlights:

  • Testing kits—we need more.
  • Community transmission is on the rise. Canadians need to take social distancing seriously.
  • Every province is dealing with the situation differently.
  • Canadians should consult reliable sources of information, such as CDHA and the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), whose websites are updated daily.
  • It’s time for health professions to tell their “stories.” CDHA invites dental hygienists to share their own personal stories and what actions they hope government will take -

Communication from CDHA

It is our sincere hope that you and your families stay well and safe.
